• Connected social accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), channel or page identifiers, and basic display information
• Access and refresh tokens needed to maintain your connected accounts and publish on your behalf when you ask us to
• User-created content (captions, images, scheduled posts) and publishing status
• Usage data (how you use the service) and technical data (IP, browser, device) for operation and security

3. How we use the information

We use the information to provide and improve the service, to publish content to your connected accounts at your request, to communicate with you, and to meet legal obligations. Data received from Google APIs is used only to enable Sign in with Google, connect your YouTube channel, display your connected channel, and upload videos you choose to publish through Rabbit. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information only as needed to run the service: for example, we use the APIs of Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (YouTube) to connect accounts and publish content. Their use of information is subject to their privacy policies. We may also use service providers for hosting, analytics, or support, under confidentiality terms.

Rabbit does not sell Google API data to third parties and does not use it for advertising. Rabbit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and security. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We retain account and content data while the account is active. Access tokens for connected accounts are retained while the connection remains active or until the user disconnects the account. If a user requests account deletion, we delete or anonymize the information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we recommend strong passwords and secure use of your account.

9. Google and YouTube data

When you sign in with Google or connect a YouTube channel, we may receive your email address, name, profile image, channel ID, channel title, and access or refresh tokens from Google. We use this information only for authentication, showing your connected account, and uploading videos to YouTube at your direction. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in Rabbit or by removing Rabbit's access in your Google account permissions.

10. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the policy on this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
