1. Agreement

Accessing or using Rabbit ("the service") at gorabbitai.com constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Rabbit is a social media management dashboard that lets you connect accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), schedule and publish content, and manage your presence on those platforms. We do not guarantee the availability of any platform or third-party API.

3. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate details when signing up and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Minimum age to use the service: 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

4. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of content you create and publish through Rabbit. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content to the connected platforms you choose, solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to breach platform terms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), to publish harmful or infringing content, or to abuse or overload our systems. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Publishing to third-party platforms is subject to their rules and may fail for reasons outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater).

8. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. We will update the terms on this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the service at any time, with or without reason. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us at our support email. Provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. liability, dispute resolution) will continue to apply after termination.
